NGC 7293
| The Helix Nebula as this is often called is located in the Constellation Aquarius. Several years ago it was given the nickname 'The Eye of God' from pictures floating around the internet. The remanents of a dying star, this particular planetary nebula was discovered in 1824. This version is in Hydrogen Alpha light. |
