North America Nebula - NGC 7000
Commonly called the North America Nebula because of it's shape, NGC 7000 is located in the constellation of Cygnus. This image was taken using 3 narrowband filters concentrating on Oxygen, Sulfer and Hydrogen Alpha. It was assembled using similar techniques to those of the Hubble Space Telescope images. |
